Berkeley Court Pharmacy

In response to London: Microsuction Ear Wax Removal London NW1I have been trying to contact the customer service team for over two weeks now and have had no luck whatsoever.My review on their website is also not showing and I question the legitimacy of this company.I went to an appointment over a week ago as my ears felt as if they child benefit from a professional clean having never been done before. The assistant was lovely in manner, however she looked in my ears and said that they were clean and nothing needed doing. I didn’t seen the insides, just had to take her word which surprised me and I do wish I had have said more at the time. So a five minute consultation and no work undertaken and that was it, £70 not well spent at all.I would appreciate if the customer service team could respond to one of my four emails I have sent since then, and the voicemail I left as well.

Mr Osama was very helpful with his advice and support. Did not not want to accept money for helping my Family. Truly wonderful staff and great pharmacy.

The staff are friendly and helpful and efficient. I've used them a few times and couldn't be any happier. They made sure everything is fine with my med and took their time discussing how and when to use them. Excellent customer service

This is a lovely pharmacy..Osam is very kind & is a prescriber which is extremely helpful especially if one is travelling & needs advice or medicine.

After suffering from a bad allergic reaction, I was contemplating on visiting A&E. I visited this pharmacy on my way for advice and reasurrance as I experienced itchy rashes on my neck and my left eye had swelled up. The pharmacist was very reassuring and helpful by recommending me treatments. I saved a lot of time by not seeking the emergency department, which certainly helps if you work full time! Thankfully, I was better by the next day. The staff are really friendly and welcoming the moment you walk in. I also went back a few weeks later to get a flu jab, which was suprisingly pain free. I usually get a lot of pain from jabs and experience horrible reactions, but this pharmacist was an absolute magician!

I'm from the States and my sister and I recently visited the UK. Unfortunately, my sister became very ill in the middle of our trip. Luckily, we looked up the pharmacies near us and Berkeley Court had the best reviews and I was not disappointed! The workers were extremely welcoming and helpful and made this stressful situation much easier! Thank you!

Went to buy some Chloramphenicol like Optrix. Pharmacist said as there was a shortage they had increased price of medicine. £19 instead of £4 for non-branded. Horrific.

Very nice and knowledgeable pharmacist. She was very welcoming we just had to explain to her the symptoms and she knew which is the right over the counter medication to give us. Great service all round. All the service were lovely and very helpful, and Dr Osama was particularly helpful and gives great advice. The fact he can prescribe is really convenient and saves time at the GP.
