Had new windows and doors provided by this company and we are very pleased with them. The service we received from Jason from day one was excellent - he explained everything well and never put pressure on us to buy, leaving it with us to discuss and get back to him. The fitters were excellent too and provided a friendly, clean and faster than expected service. Well done to all.

Re: Replacement of Facias, Soffits, Gutters, Downpipes and Cladding.The communication was excellent with everyone I dealt with from Home Design Group from start to finish. The sales guy (Michael Flanagan) explained up front what every step of the process would look like, and then patiently revised the quote for me when I changed my mind about the colour I wanted. The surveyor (Colin Gardiner) came when he said he would and was helpful when I had questions. The office staff were super pleasant when sorting payment. Finally, the contractors (William Dickson and his mate) worked flat out in terrible weather conditions and completed everything on time. I am very pleased with the result. Very happy to recommend...

I was looking forward to having our entire roofline upgraded this week after an impressively speedy response by Home Design Group to my somewhat urgent job.Unfortunately, despite me asking if timbers would be replaced - my job was urgent due to a hole as a result of rotten barge rafters - and being told that, where necessary, it would, I was disappointed to find out via their surveyor (who was first class when he called on a Saturday morning by the way) to learn the sales man had, at best, misled me. When questioned on the phone by the surveyor, the sales guys response was “people take you literally when you tell them you will replace the timber”.After a bit of back and forth, my only option was to pay an extra £200 - £400 to repair the rafters - labour only - which was being done by the same fitter who would be there, on the job anyway. No real issue with the fitter trying to make hay when the sun was shining, but Home Design group, and the sales guy whose “misleading” pitch in particular were all far too dismissive of my annoyance. I called to try and resolve and when I said if nothing could be done I’d have to think about cancelling the job, I was quickly told “no problem, we’ll cancel the job”. A follow up call to speak to a sales manager resulted in an as yet unfulfilled promise of a call back.It’s another really disappointing experience in a long list trying to sort issues with my roof. Maybe these companies are so busy they don’t need to really care about these kind of things but they’d do well to remember it wasn’t always like that and mightn’t be the future. I don’t think honesty, accuracy of information and commitment to promises is too much to ask of a business.***UPDATE***I'm happy to say this is looking a bit more positive now after speaking to Stuart, the Sales Manager for the Home Design Group. To cut a long story short, the upshot is after Stuart reached out The Home Design Group have agreed to handle to issues with the rotten timbers at only a small additional cost to me. They've also doubled down on their previous efforts to get this sorted for me as a priority and re-booked my job in for late next week so, all-in-all, while it took a while to get here, I'm happy to see it turning out like this.

From the initial meeting with Adam to discuss our needs for our home, we felt at ease and under no obligation to purchase. Adam answered all questions and provided samples off window frames for us to inspect. We felt confident to place our order, for fittings off windows and doors for our whole house.We were kept informed off installation dates and estimated time frame.Stevie, Chris and Reece arrived on Monday and worked right through until Thirsday. They were friendly, professional and explained each stage off the installation process. They were extremely efficient in fitting the windows and doors and always ensured to hoover and tidy up at the end off each day.We are in love with our home make over and are already feeling the difference with the heat in our home.I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Design Group to others.Thank you to Adam, Debbie, Stevie, Chris and Reece.From Karen, Bobbie & Travis (lol)

The sales rep, the surveyor and the fitting team were all professional and personable. Schedules for the survey and fitting were met on time. Windows were priced very competitively with a free upgrade to triple glazing. The fitters Chris, Stephen and Reece were very friendly. They installed the windows with minimum disruption. They were very competent and efficient.They cleaned up after them very well each day.Overall, we received a first class service from Home Design

Done a house next door to me , He's not happy neither am I as the fitters pulled my gutter down to meet the work they carried out which left my gutter leaking after 15 years being up, Then after I contacted the office the fitters came back out and told me it was my fault as my guttering was dirty after trying to fix my gutter moving the brackets into position I received abused and was told that I was a time wasting C but they had to move the bracket in the middle of my house to try and sort what they had done by pulling my gutter to meet what they had fitted, thankfully I have now got it fixed by another company.

Chris and the team were punctual, professional and efficient. No issues at all during the installation and left the house clean and tidy. We also had roofline fitted by William which again was completed to the highest standard and everything was left neat and tidy.

We have just had windows, doors and patio doors fitted and are delighted! The entire Home Design team were brilliant, Mark from sales gave great advice and was very knowledgeable. The fitters Robert and William ( I think that was their names and I can’t remember the third guys name) were outstanding! They were perfectionists, and obviously take great pride in their work. My home was clean and tidy each day when they finished, they have set the bar for professional and respectful works being carried out in my book. Neil, the builder Home Design used for our knockout was fantastic. Office staff were also great, going out of their way to get everything done asap as we had my sons gf moving in with us. I can’t recommend Home Design highly enough, quality of product is amazing if I could give 10 stars I would!

I have just had my Roofline finished today my windows went in last week done by Ryan what a fantastic quick job he done leaving my house spotless each step of the way Ryan was very professional with all the work he carried out and such a lovely guy to talk to I had no issues or concerns with his workmanship. ThanksRyan.Also i have to say I am absolutely delighted with the results the workmanship of my Roofline again the workmanship was second to none. The guys ( i only got one of their name's) william Dickson were so professional and quick not even taking time out when offered tea or coffee. You wouldn't even know that they had been here doing any work at all the outside area was again left spotless. My outside sills will be getting fitted eary September so cant wait to see it all done. I would definitely recommend The Home Design Group 100% so pleased we decided to go with the company. This decision was made the minute we had, had our Home consultation with the highly skilled Jason who from the get go put our minds at rest he was so professional and his knowledge was amazing any concerns I had were immediately explained. Jason talked us through everything making sure we understood everything that he was saying. Never did we feel under pressure Jason told us take your time have a talk and you can contact me at anytime with any other questions you may have". We knew right away that the Home Design Group were the company we would be giving our business to. Thank you so so much guys"
