Excellent service all round very friendly and polite throughout took my daughters ipad in for repair yesterday was assessed within minutes and the guy was super honest and said it isn't broken Likely just the charger in and out and sorted within minutes thankyou

First class repair and very fast turnaround. They repaired my iPad and got it back to me within 24 hours for a fantastic price. Will use again if/when I break another iPad. A+++++

If I could give more stars than 5 I absolutely would! This was my second experience with this store, once for my Google Pixel and once for my MacBook Air, and both times the service was exemplary. They got me in immediately and thoroughly explained my options for service and provided clear, reasonable quotes. Both devices were fixed very quickly. It honestly puts me at ease knowing that if I ever need repairs on my devices again, that there is a trustworthy, affordable, and capable place like this to take them.

I got a quote for repairing my iPhone 11 for £60(£25 to DIY it, quotes from £50-£150 elsewhere) so I figured I'd give them a shot since they were nearby and I wanted a repair done asap.It seemed alright though the corner popped out a few times. Unfortunately, after a few days, the screen and touch started going mental and quickly died after.I returned to the shop, they were a touch disgruntled as they believed the cause was previous water damage, I won't go into why I disagree with this assessment, but they replaced the screen again in good faith, honouring their 1-month warranty but stating that they won't if it fails again citing the liquid damage.They could and did also do the swap the same day the first time when I dropped it off and came back for it and less than 10 the 2nd time while I waited in the store.
