Generally decent store, though it is on the slightly pricier side. I enjoy coming in and getting my Nectar deals.

It's a Sainsbury's, I'm not blown away but it has everything, was well stocked and the queues seemed to be managed well.I visited the in-store Argos and was pleased with the service, it was quick and the lady that served me was super nice.Only niggle was that, try as I might, I couldn't find the biscuits!!

Used smart scan, was then checked and told an item I had scanned had not been scanned for £1.15. Made to put it all through till to check it. Get home and check my receipt and find that they have charged me £8.65 for donuts I did not buy! Just complained and sending me a gift voucher, but in future make sure you check your receipt before you leave!!

There was a difficult customer in front of line, staff handled situation without making things worse for other customers in queue.High praise to staff involved. Store excellent.

As most sainsburys it was rubbish,staff on the shop floor were helpful,but checkout staff rude and would rather talk to other staff than get the customers through the checkout.

Whilst it has what you need the store itself is showing it's age and isn't as bright a shopping experience of newer stores in the area, Couple this with normal slightly higher Sainsbury's costs it does have you wondering what they do with that extra cost. As its most definitely not spent on general store improvements, which enhance a shoppers in store shopping experience.

Never visited this branch before. In Haverhill area so called in to buy tinned grapefruit which is one of my favourites. Not too busy here and shelves were well stocked. Easy car parking.
