Terrible service from the manager who didn’t even look up from what she’s was doing to inform me that they don’t take Scottish notes !!!! Bit racist I thinkShame on you jd sportsHowever Portsmouth took them yesterday no questions asked!!Manager in this store needs training in customer service and mannersMy daughters all spend lots of money in jd both in store and online. Very rude staff. Asked for the same size a what was displayed and gave me a completely different size and when i asked for the correct size he was mumbling and when my shoes arrived he threw it behind me. VERY RUDE!

The customer service was really really bad experience. I don’t recommend this shop for others. They were really rude and neglecting us. Very bad experience. Won’t go next time.

Paid parking near store, easy access for wheel chairs, wide alleyway between stock storage, no toilets available in store.Staff friendly with out the need to pressure sale.

It was the end of a long shopping day, the first member of staff directed me to the ladies trainers with a smile and was a bit apologetic for the narrow range.Tired and a bit grumpy after being dragged round town by 2 teens for the sole purpose of paying for stuff, I asked a member of staff for help. I told her what in needed, my approx budget and shoe size and she had a scout in the sale rack for things that might suit and also pointed out others that would fit my criteria. She even had a look in the men's section finding a pair that ticked all my boxes.Over all, brilliant service. Quick, efficient, friendly and helpful.

incorrect times postedapparently they close 3 hours earlier than postedhas at least 3 sales people walking aroundanother great business that would rather turn away customers than do business.even better ... all other shops are open
