Stu has made a huge difference to how I train. Previously, I was exercising but not noticing any differences. But I have noticed a huge difference training with Stu and built up a wide range of training. Each session is tailored just for me, and he really takes into account long-lasting injuries. Highly recommend!

Really fun workout that can be tailored for all ages and experience levels. Craig and Stu are a great laugh but keep you on your toes at the same time. Great bunch of people to workout alongside, and a beautiful setting to do it in!

I was lucky enough to win a free PT session with Stu. I was dubious about personal training and felt a little anxious as it had been a while since I had been to the gym. But Stu is so friendly and put me at ease straight away. His work outs are fun and I looked forward to them, he even used a pack of playing cards for one session! I would highly recommend Stu if you’re looking for a great PT

I’ve been seeing Stu for over a year now for personal training sessions and I can honestly say my fitness has improved massively. As a female I think it can be quite daunting doing PT in a gym surrounded by people but not once have I ever felt uncomfortable or self conscious. Every session is different and tailored to my goals and needs. The workouts are always fun, yet challenging. Stu knows how to push you to your maximum limit and picks things for you to do to benefit you. He pushes you to get the most out of every hour session and tries his best to keep it enjoyable. Don’t get me wrong, the sessions can be hard and tiring, but I always come away knowing I’ve worked hard, done some good, and sweating!! Stu knows his stuff, cannot recommend highly enough.

The bootcamps are good fun and a great way to exercise outdoors. There are plenty of options for all levels of fitness and the instructors are friendly and supportive. Would definitely recommend.
