Chris, the manager, couldn't have been kinder or more helpful, going above and beyond the call of duty. Knowledgeable, passionate and engaging. He achieved the single most important thing a salesman needs to achieve: he sold himself! Don't bother with any of the other retailers, just go to Hinds.

We were lucky enough to be helped by Hayley today who was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful, providing everything we needed to confidently purchase our wedding rings. Her colleague was also very welcoming and although he was already busy and not able to actual serve us, he ensured he greeted us and assured us we would be served soon.It was a pleasure to be in the store, and we cannot fault the service. Superb customer service on both visits that we made to F Hinds in Staines. Both Matt and Chris on each occasion couldn’t have been more helpful. Their positive and friendly manner really made our day when choosing our wedding rings. You can tell they both love what they do, which really filled us with confidence. Excellent customer service today at Staines branch of F.Hinds, Imogen was lovely and really helpful. My daughter was celebrating her 14th birthday and spending some of her birthday money. Imogen made her feel special and was pleased she complimented her choice in earrings. Great value for money as well will definitely shop there again.
