Jade interiors offered us a fabulous service. With my design in mind, we got quotes from a couple of local companies but only Jade interiors delivered exactly what I wanted. While waiting for the delivery, we were offered to take a door sample back home to see how it would look like in our bedroom. We did experience a minor issue, but Ian offered a professional solution.

First Class company. We had kitchen doors replaced, Ian called to give us an estimate and choice of doors and colour of doors. The doors were delivered on the stated date, Robbie the fitter was first class in doing the fitting. We are delighted with the finished job. Highly recommed Jade""

Jade refitted our kitchen and utility room at the end of last year. We were really pleased with how the project was handled, and are really happy with the finished product. Alan did a great job with the design. We were really impressed with the care he took with measurements, and that he made sure everybody involved in the fitting and in building the cabinets came to visit the site beforehand. Rob, Trevor and Anthony did a great job of the installation. Everything done to time and as promised, despite some unexpected problems caused by 4 hidden ceilings (sorry)! A really nice and efficient team of people to deal with. We’d use them again.

We are really pleased with our new kitchen. From the very start to the finish, Jade were nothing but professional. Any changes on our part were swiftly made or alternative suggestions made where needed. The aftercare was excellent, any teething problems were dealt with very promptly, in fact within the hour! All the contractors were polite, professional, punctual and patient. Thank you very much for an excellent service. I would definitely recommend Jade Interiors.

We ordered fitted wardrobes for our Master Bedroom.Their Admin was a complete shambles from start to finish, in that they informed us that their install would begin on 22 August ,their delivery of wardrobe parts arrived on the 20th August when no one at home.My wife in Spain and myself on project work. I had to rush home and asked the delivery guys to put the load into the Garage.The guys explained they could not as the fitter would not shift parts from a garage to its location. The guys then unloaded the parts into the bedroom, it took over 3 hours. I had to cancel my works project as I did not people in my house without being surprised by a visit. The guys said Jade had done this before, as they can forget we don't deliver for them on a Monday. I complained to Jade who said the delivery guys got it wrong, I then rang and told the guys who were extremely annoyed at Jade's response.On the Monday 22 August, their Electrician turned but said there was nothing he could do.Jade said they had told my wife about 3 weeks ago about the Saturday delivery, however she was in Spain and she had not received a phone call regarding the Saturday delivery. My wife said she had been given the 22nd August to start the work some six or so weeks ago, but no mention of the Saturday delivery. In trying to pay Jade and their fitter, Jade got their payment details wrong and twice wrong for their fitter. Their cockups cost me cash through project cancellation and stopped guests staying overnight on the Saturday with the Master Bedroom being taken over with the big delivery of parts and the bed being stood on its side..In my experience such ongoing amatuerish actions are often indicative of the performance of the rest of a business..We have two other bedrooms to update but we will not use Jade.Jeff Redmayne
