LBS Home & Garden

It's a massive space with lots to see. Well laid out, and the staff are around if you need help, but they're not pushy, which we like. Bonus was seeing the beautiful kitchen showroom, which we weren't aware was there... mmm now I need a new kitchen!

We purchased some pots for the garden and received a warm welcome on arrival. The sales assistant, Aeron kindly helped us bring the pots to the counter to Sarah, who processed our sale with a smile. An enjoyable purchasing experience made all the better by the kind, friendly and efficient staff. Fantastic customer service all round. Well done LBS Home Centre!

I never thought of going to LBS for a new kitchen until a friend recommended them.We had been around all the usual high street sellers with their sales and promotions but were pleasantly surprised by the professional no-nonsense approach of LBS. Most stores seemed to offer the same ranges of kitchen and LBS were no different initially but once we talked to them about what we wanted they were quick to respond and prepared to create bespoke elements to meet our needs. LBS easily outpriced all other competitors and met all deadlines for delivery. Any problems were immediately addressed and resolved without question and after-sales has been brilliant. We visited the kitchen and bathroom showroom to have a kitchen designed.We were really well looked after by Hefyn, Carlos and Dawn. The knowledge they have is encyclopedic and quite incredible.The service was first class and we would recommend over WREN and B&Q without hesitation. Thanks

Great little hidden secret

Helped me get a bolt for a broken buggy. Just gave me a spare bolt they had lying around. Really nice staff don’t get that at a bit chain store. Great service!
