After discovering my girlfriends car had been vandalised a few nights ago, we contacted MS and spoke to a gentleman named Mike, who immediately demonstrated helpfulness and understanding of the issue. The experience and level of service from start to finish was impeccable. Hopefully this should be the last time we ever need our windscreen replacing but if we do then we’ll not look any further and be contacting you again. Highly recommended, thank you!

I found a small crack on my windscreen. I called three other places in Stevenage, no answer and never got a call back.When I called, they answered 1st time. Made an appointment, and the guy communicated well and arrived on time. Very friendly.If you need a windscreen repair/replacement don't hesitate to get in touch with this company.

**USE THIS COMPANY** this gentlemen did an outstanding performance on my car from start to finish he communicated regarding times and was genuinely really helpful. I am a young female and some mechanics and handy men take advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to cars but Mike made me feel very comfortable. I needed my window replaced urgently as i am a care and support worker in the community. He literally came within a couple of hours and also hoovered my car for me as the glass had shattered all over my seats. Can not fault this company at all. Brilliant service

Excellent service very knowledgeable and efficient. Spoke to Mike and explained what had happened to my windscreen and that I needed a quick repair as I was going away, he was with me within an hour of my call and repaired my windscreen to an excellent standard and at a very reasonable cost.I would throughly recommend Mike.

Fantastic service! I had an awful chip which was slowly spreading into an unignorable crack. MS provided quick and efficient service and discussed all my options clearly. I can't even find where the chip was on my windscreen!Highly recommend!

******** USE THIS COMPANY **********I required an urgent drivers side window replacement at a difficult time of year (30/12/22) and all of the top google searches in the area provided little to no assistance, including the well known autoglass type organisations.MS (Michael) couldn't have been more helpful, answered my call out of hours, outstanding communication from start to finish, accommodating and understanding of my situation, even bringing the job forward and an outstanding service with some extra services at no extra cost.I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
