Freya was the most phenomenal wedding planner! She seamlessly turned my exact vision into reality. Her organizational skills are impeccable. She’s also very personable. It was like planning a wedding with my best friend in the end. She helped make all my worries and nerves melt away, especially on the wedding day with her famous quote “don’t worry about it, leave it all to me & you just enjoy yourself”. And she was so right! I couldn’t recommend a more professional, down-to-earth, beautiful-spirited planner. As she promises she will hold your hand the whole journey thru, and thereafter!

Freya and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with! We were introduced by the bride, who had booked our mobile bar for their wedding reception at Hookhouse Farm. Freya's friendly and approachable manner made it easy to collaborate, we had calls before the wedding to agree the logistics of our arrival; on the day, Freya went above and beyond to ensure we had a suitable location to set up and kept us informed about timings throughout the event.As a supplier, it’s great to have somebody in charge like Freya, it provides peace of mind that everything has been planned meticulously and the event will run smoothly.We look forward to working with Freya again and highly recommend her services.

We booked Freya for our second wedding celebration, which took place at Botleys Mansion in Chertsey, Surrey in June 2023. Freya provided partial wedding planning services from approx. 6 months prior to our wedding (at which point I was still busily planning our first wedding that was due to take place in March 2023 in Los Angeles, so was sometimes slow to reply but Freya remained patient & understanding & continued to stay on top of everything that was required at that stage), and also produced a design brief based on detailed vision I provided, along with my Pinterest boards. Freya was detailed throughout the planning process and was always so pleasant to deal with. Our Zoom calls were always productive & I felt like Freya really understood everything I explained & she was patient and passionate. One the day of our wedding, Freya had an assistant. We're most glad that we also hired Freya to sing my processional song for the ceremony - we truly were SO glad we did. Not only did Freya sound absolutely amazing, she absolutely looked the part. She ensured she was dressed according to the aesthetics of our wedding & was fully self-sufficient in setting up her own PA system. Freya was our wedding planner for our wedding in July at Hookhouse farm. From the start her communication was outstanding. On the zoom calls she was able to understand our vision and feel we wanted on the day. She contacted all our vendors well in advance to make sure everyone knew where and what they were doing. On the day itself her and her team worked so hard to make us feel relaxed and feel everything was under control. Even when the weather didn’t cooperate the team turned round the venue in 20mins and made a magical setting for our ceremony.
