Just hopped in to Go Outdoors after my very wet dog walk. Was really handy to be able to take the dog inside.I was returning a newly bought pair of Soloman boots which were letting water in.Jam asked me some relevant questions and then saw to my needs, sharing her extensive knowledge of boot returns and what to look for in a water tight boot.She dealt with my exchange and price matched them so that I gor the best possible price.Very happy with the customer service in here today and would recommend a visit if you need advice about walking boots.She also laced them up correctly for me which made such a difference, thanks Jam for taking time to make sure my feet are comfortable and dry, and with two dog walks a day, that means a lot!

Purchased from Go Outdoors Blackburn on Sunday 26th November and was looked after by Jack who was a very pleasant young man and most helpful. An asset to the store.

Went to store to look for Ridgemonkey product. Spoke to Jay B who couldn't have been more helpful. Drew from his own experience of the various products and advised us accordingly. Quite possibly the most helpful and enthusiastic assistant we've met in any shop, ever ! Cheers Jay.

I've saved a lot of money with the membership card, and some of the discounts can't be matched, but it's always a good idea to do a quick Google to compare

Wellwhat can I say, I haven't been hear for approx 12months. I had a go shop voucher for £100 I checked there website which stated they accepted these vouchers. So off I set in anticipation of treating myself to a new anorak for walking my dog. after a 46 mile drive I thought( just check). Ho no we have a new system which won't allow us to take vouchers at the moment. No sorry or any from of apology. Well I thought seen as I have come so far I will look for a coat anyway. What a waste of time, very poor choice of clothing all round. The whole store has declined sooo much since I was last there. We used to be regular visitors and allways spent money because of the fantastic range of goods there. I won't be returning any more. And could not recommend this place to anyone. So sad

Went in to get a tent and some extra bits and bobs, Molly at the till was really helpful. Fantastic customer service, will definitely be returning for any camping equipment in future.

Went to Go Outdoors at Blackburn fir new walking boots. I was served by a fantastic guy called Peter. Very helpful, Knowledgeable & friendly. Definitely recommend him

Has everything you need to challenge the great outdoors, for a great price! Membership for £5 is a must as you'll save a significant amount, though I belive non member prices are inflated compared to other outlets. Store is a good size with everything on display. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable in their fields. Recently refurbished store, with customer toilets.

Very relaxed, well stocked helpful store with easy parking. Was a privilege to be assisted in the walking boot section by Norman, I can but hope that I'm as cheerful and able at his age.
