Great service from start to finish. I was looking at other options and Gareth stayed in touch and eventually price matched a top rated insulated 3 person hot tub (beware Scunthorpe have cheaper tubs but a lot are hardly insulated. Delivered within the week to south wales. Installers (didn’t get their names sorry) were friendly and knowledgable and didn’t leave until they were sure we were happy!

what a fantastic installation. Totally seamless. Grant and Jamie were brilliant and superb ambassadors of Palm Spas. Grant couldn’t do enough and showed us everything we needed to know and said any issues whatsoever don’t hesitate to call the TechLine anytime.arrived on time, cleaned up as they went along and 160 minutes later all done, calm , cool and collected.

Not everything in life had to be complicated! From speaking to Jamie and taking advice from him to having the install completed. Grant the installer was excellent, overcoming a few challenges in fitting to sending me a Video of instructions to refer back to ! Excellent Service from these guys , highly recommend

So pleased we found Palm Spas, from the very 1st phone call to delivery and installation all the staff were 1st rate. Jamie was always happy to answer my questions and you actually get a call back if they miss your call. Delivery was earlier than expected and the installation team Dan & Rich we're professional throughout, knowledable, tidy and took the time to go through everything to make sure we get the best of of our new spa. All in all great experience from start to finish - highly recommend.

We are so happy with our new hot tub delivered 1/5/21 it’s perfect.Dan and Richard delivered and installed it for us, they we very helpful and knowledgable about the technical bits.We will definitely recommend them.

Please be aware of this guys. I was trying to buy one of the ex demo tube and paid deposit. Unfortunately after couple days I was received information that my dad is in critical condition in hospital so I decided to help him out and put his to private hospital instead of buying hot tubs. This guys did not inform me that the deposit is not refundable so I can't recover them back. I was spoke with the sales man but they refused to refund me. What kind of person u have to be to do this to other people. Cold, incomprehensible, lack of compassion, hyenas preying on the harm of others!!!

We as a family had no idea about Hot Tubs but recently decided to get one. No one locally had any good deals so found Palm Spa's and to be honest because they had the best pricing online!The presales weren’t pushy at all and extremely helpful. They made sure they gave us options that would fit into our garden and give us the best experience. They helped with all the steps we needed to make before placing an order. Order process was also extremely smooth, no issues with stock or delivery times.The delivery itself was exceptional. Two very helpful guys delivered the tub, very patient to get the tub into position with access not easy at all. Once in position they were very patient and knowledgeable, and I can’t recommend paying for the install and setup enough. There is no way I would have set it up correctly and would have caused issues by simply filling up the tub in the wrong way (who knew that was possible!).We are now happily enjoying the Hot Tub, we have contacted Palm Spa's with some queries which were all down to us getting used to the Hot Tub (newbies!) and again nothing but patient and helpful advice.Don't hesitate to buy from Palm Spa's!

Pump replaced and 2 leaks in the structure being repaired within a couple of years of buying the tub. Not great
