Dunelm...always my go to place for bed linen and towels. We've just bought a gorgeous rug. The photo doesn't do it justice as it's been bought to sit on top of a wood floor due to be laid next week but we couldn't resist popping it on top of our existing carpet just to get the feel of it. It's totally fabulous! Brilliant quality at affordable prices...exactly what we always get from Dunelm

On Saturday 17th June my son ordered and paid £103 for a rug which they said would be delivered on Wednesday. He received an email today (Tuesday) to say it would be delivered today. When the delivery arrived it was totally the wrong item so the man took it away. On ringing the shop was told he would have to reorder the rug so went down to the shop to be told he could order and pay for it again but had to apply for the money from original order to be refunded then was told there was nothing they could do.. they also told him to phone customer services which he did to find they were closed . So after spending nearly £1.200 in the last week we find the customer services to be disgusting.

Went in today to purchase some curtains & needed some help & information regarding style & fit. Had a lovely lady called Glen help us, she was was informative, helpful, attentive & more importantly polite & happy in her job. This was in the Team Valley store Gateshead. Thank you Glen x

Shop is dangerous we went for a bedside lamp and left with over £100 worth of random items we didn't know we needed. If you take your wife/ girlfriend here expect to leave with a car full of items you didn't want .
