I usually only write a review about poor performers but in this case I have to say that this company have got things totally right. The service is spot on and complete with good communications. After correcting items on a warranty claim my car was cleaned and valeted and really I cannot fault anything. Recommended!

I live just under 70 miles from the dealer. But the service the provided was outstanding. The car which is a 2016 Mazda CX 3 was in very very good condition and they went out of the way to make sure the car was ready for me at the earliest opportunity having explained to them the urgency. I can not thank them enough for everything they did and I would not hesitate in buying a car from them again

EMG Boston were fantastic because they sales representative and the sales manager were just amazing ! The service I got was so professional and friendly, there was no issues to big or to small and they just went above and beyond to find the deal that was right for me. This is the third vehicle I have had with EMG (previously Marriotts Mazda). Every time the process has been well explained, well executed and staff have gone above and beyond to ensure I have been completely happy and well informed throughout the whole experience. I have also had Service plans put in place to make the annual services a smooth experience,.I was lucky enough to receive a loyalty voucher from them too which was put towards upgrading my previous vehicle. Tristran took his time going through everything with myself and my husband, he showed us around the vehicle we were wanting and going through the financial side of things he ensured our monthly payments were going to be realistic for us to manage. He also came in on his day off for the handover so we got the car on the 1st March.Can not thank the team enough for their professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness every time I visit. We are loving our 2020 Mazda CX-5 Sport Nav, thanks for all your help Tristran!

My pre-owner car needed a couple of jobs done to it and they exceeded my expectations. I expected 'just enough' they went the whole way. Everybody I encountered was pleasant, efficient, and nothing was too much trouble.Update.One year on and still their helpfull selves. MOT and service done with no problems.
