Exceptional customer care from Carla, who went out of her way to get me the suit I wanted. It is very rare that someone genuinely cares and pays close attention to customers' needs and personal situation. We left feeling absolutely delighted with our purchase and wonderful customer service. Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

Attended today 28/1/23. Gentlemen behind the counter Callum from Bristol was 1st class. Very helpful,engaging and looked smart too. Would definitely like to mention him to his manager as a v good employee

Gareth and the suit team in the basement of the shop were a great choice for suits for groom at best-man at my wedding

Exclusive retail store with a wide selection of clothing. Be sure to look out for the great sales, during my visits there was a 50% discount on many of their products.

Worst after-sale experience. Left a suit at the shop after I purchased that as it needed alterations. The item was supposed to be delivered to my place. Hasn't arrived yet after 10 days and the item is supposedly lost with FedEx somewhere in London. Hopefully I receive it and if I don't I hope they don't make the claim and refund roo painful

The store is very nice the product are great however the customer service was very poor for a brand like Paul smith - bought a suit and asked it to be tailored the lady on the suite section told me that it’s fine just put the trousers a bit higher, finally I went today to my tailor and he told me it need to be shorter so I had to pay extra to make it shorter! A bit disappointing I would say and she was also pushing way to much to sell, not looking at the customer needs and finally felt that there was an arrogance.

My husband really likes this designer and we love to visit the shop in Covent Garden, not only because of the quality clothing but also because of the friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and most welcome. We visited twice during our last trip to London and were served on both occasions by a lovely Turkish lady called Fatosh (hopefully the correct spelling). She made suggestions, knew her stuff and went out of her way to help him choose the right styles, even providing refreshments. It was also nice to see Paul Smith making an appearance whilst we were there and we had an insight into how comfortable his staff were around him. We will certainly be visiting again soon. Thank you for a lovely retail experience.
