HI thereI don't normally write reviews however after reading the previous review I feel I must state that I now visit this salon on a regular basis. My hair has been styled and coloured by three different members of staff during the course of my visits and I can only praise not only the service but the consistency of service I have received at Havanna. I would comment always a warm welcome, use of quality products, and consistently good service and pleasing results.

This is the second time I've visited this Salon, and I absolutely love it! I've tried so many different hairdressers including expensive city centre ones and never found one I ever wanted to visit again. I tried this one after seeing it at my local gym and thought it was worth going as prices were so reasonable. Gail is friendly and welcoming but not over the top. She spends so much care and attention styling my hair, and it is so relaxing! I honestly used to hate visiting the hairdressers but now I will be going far more frequently! It's just a very small salon but quiet which I like, professional and welcoming. Shocked to see it has any bad reviews!!

I was really happy with my experience at Havanna and with the service provided by Gayle. She really listened to what I wanted, talked me through the process, and gave good advice on how to maintain the style. I have recommended this salon to friends in the area.

Had my haircut by Shane, honestly never had a cut like it he was so precise and thorough, ive had so many compliments it's the best my hair has looked and I'm definitely going to be a regular customer now! Thank you Shane and also Mollie was a bundle of joy and so so friendly! They are both a credit to the salon.

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, fantastic cut colour and blow dry. Very reasonably priced..... get loads of positive comments about my hair. Wouldn't go anywhere other than HAVANNAS

I visited the Salon on Tuesday evening for a cut and colour. I had a great consultation, cut and colour with highlights with Diane who took the time to listen to what I wanted and advised me of what would suit my colouring and style best. I have to say she was right. I am delighted with the service and the full experience was amazing. For the first time in alot of years I actually felt like I had my hair styled rather than just cut. I left feeling a million dollars. I was made to feel so welcome by all the staff from Diane, Leigh the owner and Chloe, the young trainee A pleasing experience that I would recommend to anyone. A lovely clean and modern salon that is warm and friendly. I look forward to my next visit.Thanks from Anne
