Excellent service, was made to feel comfortable and at ease as soon as I arrived. The sonographer Michaela was polite, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I went for a baseline scan with Michaela and Katie before heading abroad for IVF last October.We then returned for our viability scan and they were both so kind and caring as I was nervous and crying from the trauma of a previous scan (taken elsewhere, and resulted in being told I had suffered a missed miscarriage). We thankfully received the best news this time and have returned for several scans since.My husband and I have felt so looked after and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to have joined us our our pregnancy journey.I can’t thank them enough. They’ve taken the anxiety away from every scan and that has meant so much. Thank you ladies, you’re the best!

Good service on the day, but still waiting for the digital images link which should have been sent to me after my appt on the 26th. 4th day of waiting now despite chasing. Disappointing considering how much we paid - hopefully they can resolve though

Been back to ultrasound direct for the third time now, with another scan booked in for our twins. Michaela and Katie were really lovely and helpful and we got lots of amazing photos and videos of our babies sent to our phones which is so amazing. Can’t recommend enough!

I have had a few visits to Ultrasound Direct in Canterbury and Michaela has always been fantastic! We've always had our questions answered and felt completely reassured. When we walked in we were greeted by Katie who was polite and friendly and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Scan was good but pictures were not very clear and I asked to not be told the gender but the sonographer put the baby’s sizing measurements on the screen and it said the gender.

Wow, what a fantastic service from Ultrasound Direct Canterbury!Me and my partner booked a 4D scan around the 30-week mark to get a closer look at our first child, but unfortunately baby was in the wrong position and we couldn't see anything as a result. We were invited back for a second attempt a few days later and baby was once again not playing ball. Typical!A little disheartened (through no fault of anyone else, naturally), the wonderful Michaela kindly advised us to phone head office, suggesting she would put a special note on our file that would recommend we be awarded a third and final attempt. A fortnight later, we did indeed return and were rewarded with the most wonderful picks of our little one. So vivid and really top notch service. We were given a keyring each with the picture in and mine is already proudly attached to my house keys.I can't thank Michaela enough for her brilliant service. She was so personable and understanding, really going beyond the call of duty for us. We'll be heartily recommending friends and family to pop into the Canterbury branch when expecting - a super experience is guaranteed.Thanks again!

I had an early scan with Michaela which was assisted by Vicki and they made me feel really comfortable and well cared for. I'd happily go back for another scan later on

Couldn’t recommend this place enough for private scans ! Michaela and Katie are lovely and so friendly, they take time to show you baby and explain everything they are showing you. I came here for my first scan at 7 weeks and have been for a private gender scan and also a 4D scan which is sadly now my last with them, they were so patient with baby and even offered me a rescan when she was in a bad position. Thank you so much to the girls there !

Michaela and Katie were incredible. They listened, cared and made our nervous experience unbelievably special. We were so glad to share a special moment with them for our scan. They really do care and takes us through everything we asked. Thank you the world
