Sports Recovery Kendal

I’ve been suffering from significant pain in my shoulders and upper body following a serious collarbone break. I’ve not been able to see a physio in person so was at a bit of a loss as to how to resolve this. Vicki was recommended to me at Sports Recovery Kendal and I had a really helpful chat with her about the pain I was experiencing. She provided me with a number of specific exercises, targeted to the problem and I’ve already seen improvements in both mobility and pain reduction. Vicki is really knowledgable and dealt with me in a caring and professional manner, highly recommended!

Went into see Vicki after putting up with knee and hip pain for years. After my first visit I am kicking myself for not going sooner. Vicki quickly pinpointed the issue giving me a simple explanation that I could understand and then began working on me. An hour later my hip and knee are no longer hurting and I have been given some information to help me keep me them in a better way. I can't recommend Vicki and her approach enough.

I wanted to write a review (I do not normally do this) but I felt it was really important to say how wonderful the treatment I have had form Vicki. She is a true expert, works with the patient and understands the needs of the athlete. I was amazed by the improvement in my leg mobility following treatment. She is better than any physio I have met and with Vicki you get much more than a sport massage. She is holistic, caring and keen to teach new exercises that will strengthen the body and ward off injury. To note, Vicki is a leading strength & conditioning coach in the UK which just adds to her expertise. I would highly recommend Vicki - she is one of the best therapists in the Cumbria and certainly in Kendal.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Have now had a few brilliantly effective sessions which have improved my flexibility and now mean I’m no longer limited by pain when running in the fells. Will definitely be booking again soon!
