What a joke you would think that whilst you try and rely on honesty from these committee members you unfortunately get lied too they constantly messed us around for our wedding day.. shameful to say they operate as a business and disgusting behaviour throughout where they lied to our faces and shared no apologies for the standards- this gurdwara needs a new committee that Is reliable

I am glad that other people have commented on how political this place has become. I was disgusted when my family were charged £3000 pounds for a Langar (1 hour ceremony) which was meant to be for the passing of a family member- however during it the committee members used it as an opportunity to make their own political speeches- 4 men each standing up more than once to have a say. I could see them improvising and writing down more to say then getting up again to counter another committee member! The other question is where this money is going- the infrastructure, in particular the toilets and facilities for women with babies is crumbling and have barely been updated in 20 years. I would really like to see this all being investigated.
