Flick first is actually the best courier services I’ve used. I used their same day delivery service to deliver 35 PR boxes for my creative agency to influencers and celebrities across London, as part of a campaign.They were on time and are a very reliable service. I’ve used other couriers in the past but none were able to do multiple drop offs under one delivery and do it all same day.I was impressed by their excellent service delivery and would definitely recommend to anyone that needs delivery of high value products, delicate products or anything that needs to be handled with care.

Flickfirst are best in class!Professional, accommodating, and friendly.I have had the pleasure of working with them for the past six months and have never had an issue.We use them for transfers in to locations such as Harrods, as well as, delivering direct to our clients.Well equipped to get high-end goods from A to B.Bespoke packages available on request.Over this Christmas period we expanded our delivery providers to handle the high volume of orders, the other company let us down time after time, in fact, Flickfirst absorbed the other deliveries to ensure clients got their purchases before Christmas.Definitely recommend!

I have been using FlickFirst for the past couple of months to deliver cakes all over London and they are an amazing delivery service. Booking is made easy with their website and its very helpful that you can see all your upcoming deliveries on one page - this helps me keep track of my bookings.They are very reliable and always handle my cakes with such care.Always accommodating when I need to change things around or book a last-minute delivery the day before.Cakes are delicate and require professionals to transport them, I have so much trust in FlickFirst - thank you for taking such care of all my cakes!I would highly recommend them to all.

My cake was delivered 2 hours 45 mins late to the client, i was offered no real explanation for the delay and a fumbled, sorry for the inconvenience rather than an actual apology. I was no longer able to charge the client for the hand painted cake that was made especially for their event, as most of their guests had left by the time the cake arrived, leaving me looking unprofessional and embarrassed. I have been left out of pocket for the actual cake and for the delivery. The only offer made to me by flick first was £10 off my next delivery and that only after i chased them again for an explanation for the delay in the first place.
