A gigantic showroom in MK mall , good and excellent things in reasonable prices

Like their perfumes all beautiful fragrances only wish they lower the prices on undergarments

Just want to say what a fantastic first experience we had with a wonderful lady who was the manager. She actually measured my daughters with a tape measure ( the previous high Street shop we visited just guessed so brought bras that just didn't fit )The lady brought in lots of different bras, gave advice and opinion and had a lovely smile on her face. Nothing was too much trouble. We bought 4 bras and I had two happy teenage daughters. Well done Victoria Secrets you get top marks from us.

Great service, asked for help choosing a gift for my 16 year old granddaughter and the staff were very helpful- thank you.

Good store, lots of very nice underwear to choose from. Didn't feel anywhere near as awkward looking around as I thought it would

I was assisted today by Shamma a lovely ladie that made me feel extremely comfortable when I had my fitting. Shamma gave me some great advise and showed me a range of styles once I explained what I was looking for. Because of this service I will be a returning, highly recommend

The staff member who served me was fairly rude and unfriendly. She then just shoved my purchase in a bag and stuffed screwed up tissue on top whereas they usually wrap it up nicely and put it in a Victoria Secret bag. Disappointed in the customer service.

Was measured by Lorena and she was amazing. She made sure I had the right size and gave me multiple styles to try to make sure that I found the perfect bra. Felt very comfortable with her and was very helpful.

I've had a number of pretty poor customer service experiences with this store.I visited and there were items out in the sale, marked with prices. Took a number of items to the till, was told I'd have to pay full price. I explained that they were marked, in the sale. They said they weren't able to sell at the marked sale price because their sale hadn't started (it was a significant reduction off some items e.g £60 down to £14). I was told if I returned in 4 days only then they'd be able to sell to me at the reduced price...I gave up with that store given the uphelpfulness of that - why put the items out if you're not able to sell at the price you've marked them at? I was in London the following week so bought a 2 pairs of the same trousers in the sale in VS' bond street store. I needed to let the person I was buying them for try them on and I'd bring back the size that didn't fit. I asked at the till when I could return these items until, I was expressly told you have 28 days".Just over 2 weeks have passed. I've just tried to return the extra pair of trousers and the store has refused to accept the return. I was informed by the manager that the returns policy has recently changed and sale items are 7 day return.I explained all of the above to them
