We used Brian Aldridge to conduct a survey in our recent house purchase and was very impressed with our overall experience. Having done plenty of research into different survey types and differing approaches it was clear that this was more of an in-depth/personalised approach, away from the conveyor belt tick box system most other firms seem to use. With timelines short, Brian was able to inform us the next day on any important matters and a week later we received a very detailed report. Brian was generous with his time going through the survey ensuring we fully understood any problems and solutions to solve. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately my dates didn't work out to conduct a survey under BAA, however the staff member I spoke with was exceptionally friendly and helpful in helping to find alternative services.This was hugely appreciated, and I hope that we are able to use BAA in future: I'm sure this level of service continues into the surveying work. As the adage goes, 'lose a sale, make a friend'!

At the recommendation of Pike Smith and Kemp in Cookham I engaged the services of Brian Aldridge of Brian Aldridge Associates in Maidenhead to carry out a survey on a prospective property that I wished to purchase. The survey was carried out with supreme professionalism and the resulting report was similarly prepared - hugely detailed with over 500 photos to support the issues reported therein. Also included was his time to go over his report in person which was extremely helpful.I can highly recommend this man and his reputation in the area is second to none.

What a fabulous chap Brian is. He has done a fantastic job for us on a Victorian property we are purchasing, which we knew had some issues. Brian’s report was very thorough and he explained all of his findings to us in a way we could understand. We had many questions which Brian has answered for us fully. Jane has also been a great help in arranging everything from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone looking for a surveyor.

The depth and quality of the survey from Brian, combined with a detailed follow-up conversation to talk through some of the findings was exactly what we needed to give us the confidence we needed to proceed with our purchase. We also have a really clear idea of what needs to be done once we are in the property (hopefully!). Overall, an excellent service!
