After waiting in tge store checkouts watching staff inc a group of managers standing around beside the checkouts habing adked 2 of them for assistance to lift some roof felt and get told to adk at checkout what did they think that the poor lad was going to leave a queue of customers to help me because they were too busy dping mot much. Seems more staff that customers but still nppne helpful until in the end i gave up was ready to wzlk out when Zack from the trade counter offered to help. He was excellent shame cannot be said for the other staff and mamagers

Had to go and get some sand and cement. It's quite cheap. Stuff are helpful. No queueing easy to park. Quick in and out

50/50 place. Never enough staff and what there is are quite often 'cheap' youngsters who know nothing about the products. This visit was different though. An older, grey haired, bearded chap was extremely dismissive and rude to my partner!!!

My second home!! Always in here buying even more tools and even more equipment and also even more materials!! Great place to get your construction bits n pieces, staff are always friendly and helpful and actually spare you some time rather than just rushing off

Love trade point and click and collect. So fast and easy. Saves time and money. Great if you can get it in time for work the next day. And normaly the staffare well informed helpfull and always have a smile. So nice on this day and age
