Frank was excellent in getting a very good car, he is great in customer relations and I really appreciate. The biggest let down was that the car had faulty battery - when driving from Mombasa to Nairobi, i experienced awful smell without knowing the source. Later, the following day I traveled to the countryside only for the car to refuse to start. I called in a mechanic who after diagnosis informed me that it was the battery. I replaced it and the car is alright.Warm regards, Kamaku
