Not great.Bathroom refurb.Ended up with leaking shower. Had to get them back numerous times and they kept sending the same person who just kept doing same thing. After about the 9th time (lost count) finally sorted it. But left it looking a mess so had to get them back again.Even then, the general standard and tidyness of the sealant etc throughout the bathroom could have been a lot better.But at least the business was responsive when I kept contacting them, so that was one plus point.**I appreciate your reply and yes you did finally sort it regarding the leak.But as I said, the general work in the rest of the bathroom with sealant finish etc remains untidy and poor standard.The standard of the work didn’t really match the price we paid. Which is disappointing because the tiler who you worked in conjunction with did a great job.

An excellent company that takes care in the quality of thier work.Would always rely on these and whilst i dont always endorse companys easily to others. I have to say i have no hesitation in recomending Johnson Appleby.

Excellent service, repaired boiler after insurance company came out and couldn't repair. Would highly recommend!

Rang Johnson Appleby Monday morning because my boiler had stopped working, Stephen and his apprentice came round within a couple of hours, was really down to earth and COVID safe with masks/ keeping distance. No trade talk jargon or messing around. Within an hour they had collected the part and fixed it straight away.Would definitely recommend on price and service. Will use again!
