Fantastic company to deal with. Uwais is brilliant, friendly and informative. Extremely proud of their showroom and happy to give you a guided tour including the stores and wet test area. They help guide you to the product you want without being pushy. They answer all the questions and guide you on the things you should be asking but probably had not thought of. They encourage having go in their working displays so you can test the different combinations. It in private so you are not on display. Uwais happily compared products including competitors to help you choose. Once you have selected a product you can send a video of where the hot tub is to be fitted and how to get there from the main road. Our installer came the day before just to check the site and I received a video of my hot tub on its wet test. Next day Carl Allen and Chris arrived and installed the hot tub. Three lovely guys. No fuss, no bother. Lovely company can highly recommend.

Attentive when we entered the showroom and patient whilst we organised our garden before finally purchasing.Gave us a great deal and installation and commissioning went without any issues.Corner panel was damaged on delivery but replaced with no hassle on commissioning.So a big thank you to Marcus, Uwais, Dani, Adam (and whoever came with him) and Carl for a stress free experience.

I recently bought one of the larger SwimSpa combo units. Because we wanted it sunken into the ground, It was a complex delivery and installation.From the minute I connected with Fonteyn, their MD, and/or one of his admin team, were in constant contact with me to arrange all the details.The service and after sales care has been first rate.I would highly recommend Fonteyn. I found their huge sales centre in Leicestershire a great place to start the process. Great to see everything in advance.The SwimSpa itself is great and we use it all the time. The jets in both sections are powerful.Overall a very good product and super service.

I’ve recently ordered a Sauna from Fonteyn spas. I completed all of my order and delivery safely and securely over the phone. I can honestly say the service from Uwais and the team at Fonteyn went above and beyond. I was provided videos of the products from the showroom, I was able to ask multiple questions which were answered honestly and of great detail. The product itself is perfect. However it was the service that was amazing and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the produce.

Ordered my infrared sauna on line, but I called Fonteyn first for details about it. Darren I spoke to and he explained everything to me I needed to know in great detail. He was knowledgeable about what I was getting & made me feel comfortable about buying the sauna. I’m more than Happy with it and would definitely recommend them.

Especially want to mention Marcus, who was extremely kind, helpful, passionate and responsive to all our non stop enquiries at all times!The swim spa was purchased for my disabled daughter who is using it as a hydrotherapy for her. Wonderful Josh came on weekend ! to commission the spa, so my daughter wouldn’t miss on her treatment! ( And it’s over 2 hours drive from the shop!)Great people with kind heart! God bless!
