Karim took great care of my hair, gave me personal advice in terms of taking care of my own hair. My layered new hair cut is amazing. I was really pleased with my curly blow dry, my hair kept curly for two days :)

Staff are lovely but shellac nails weren’t great, went back to get them redone and they ended up worse. Went to a different salon in the end- I wouldn’t recommend!

Mark is an absolute magician! He made my box dyed red hair blonde in one sitting and made sure it didn’t end up dry by using olaplex and k18. The appointment took longer than expected but he didn’t rush at all and made sure everything was perfect before I left. The prices are so reasonable and my hair looks incredible - thanks so much Mark and Karim!

I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for one! I went in for my first colour and they were incredibly professional and took their time to make sure each section was perfect. They made me feel at ease and took great care in looking after me during the treatment. I am in love with my new hair and will definitely be going back in the future.

My girlfriend went to get her nails filed and polished which was promoted as a free trial. She was asked if she wanted gel polish for £15, she agreed and chose a colour, only for the lady to proceed applying a cheap normal polish. Thats when my girlfriend asked her to remove it and walked off (before the lady managed to finish even one hand). The lady then said to me that she needs to pay the £15, while saying that she applied gel polish and shilack and removed it, which was a lie. I looked at my girlfriends hands and they looked so bad, even the nails weren't cut properly. When I said I refuse to pay £15 for this she started arguing and raising her voice. Very umpleasant experience! I wouldn't recomment trying the free trial as the lady is obviously incompetent and is trying to rip people off.

On my third visit to the salon I left with a hair cut and colour that wasn't what I asked for. My first two visits had been great and I had left with exactly what I'd wanted. I contacted the salon the day after my appointment to let them know I wasn't satisfied and arranged to go back in to get it rectified. Unfortunately lockdown 3 started so the appointment couldn't take place, therefore I contacted the salon to understand their refund policy towards the time if salons being able to re-open. At this point I had paid over £100 for a hair cut and colour I didn't ask for.I appreciate you're a small business and lockdown has been a challenge, however after over 10 attempts on email and a number of calls to the salon (where staff have confirmed my emails have been received and that I'd receive a call back) I feel it necessary to reach out via your reviews to get this rectified.
