The Dental Practice

These dentists have been my heroes many times. The head dentist Victor is very flexible and honest. He’s been nothing but nice to me and my family, and has done extensive and great work to keep my teeth in the best condition possible. The staff are very kind and there’s always a pleasant atmosphere upon arrival.

very lovely people . my dentist victor is very good well experienced and gets the job done . very happy with service. the receptionist ade is lovely always keeps me informed of what's happening. I have used this dentist for over 6years . very good

Disgusted!!!I’ve been coming to this dentist for several years, they’ve changed management several times.My experience has always been good before the current management has taken over, Valerie the new manager is extremely incompetent at running a practice.I was treated very disrespectfully by her & requested that my details be removed off their system due to the unprofessional treatment I received.It’s been several weeks since this request & I haven’t received any responses despite my several emails.I feel very uncomfortable knowing these people have my personal details!Honestly extremely shocked at how this practice has completely changed.It took a lot for me to proceed writing this review as I tried to be as patient as I possibly can be, but the several occasions of disrespect & unprofessionalism has left me with no choice!Stay very far away from this shocking practice!

I highly recommend this friendly, professional, local NHS dental practice and feel lucky to have it in the area. I have been with them for many years and my teeth and gums are in good shape thanks to their work, encouragement and advice, which I particularly appreciate! The receptionist always gives me a reminder call about appointments too. When I have required more demanding treatment in the past, the care has been very reassuring and sorted out the underlying problem. Overall the focus is preventative which is good.

Dr Victor is always a pleasure to see and I feel confident that my teeth are being looked after with personal, genuine advice and care!

My children and I have been with the practice for over 8 years, their services are always top notc,staff very welcome and DR. victor is an amazing dentist

While I have previouslly left good reviews of this dentist and the dentists I have seen have been good the reception team are awful. I recently turned up to an appointment which I know I booked and put in my diary to be told there was no appointment. I am 100% sure I booked my 3 month regular hygiene after the previous session as I know it is hard to get appointment. There was no communiation over what happened. I had to have the whole conversation frmo outside because they would not even open the door.

I barely ever leave reviews but honestly I am so upset with the service I have been given. Back in August 2022 I was suffering with serve tooth pain and was unable to get an appointment at my dentist . So I called 111 and had to have an emery appointment at another dentist to and was told I needed a root canal. The emergency appointment started it and told me I would need to contact my dentist to make an appointment. I called up and they told me November, I then made it clear on the phone that this was not for a check up but for my root canal to be finished. I called back 3 weeks later as I was once again in pain and then told me that my appointment for nov was just for a check up. After having to make a complaint I was able to get an appointment at the end of October for my root canal. However during the appointment they could not finish the job due to bleeding which is something that could not be helped and the dentist booked me in for 2 weeks after. On the day of my appointment I was called 2 hours before and told my appointment had been cancelled due to my dentist not being in. It would have nice to have been told earlier as I had taken time off work for this unpaid. A week later I then had my appointment and the root canal was complete. Less an month after the root canal, I am back to having excruciating pain and was told no appointments until Feb and if urgent call 111. Which I did and was given some painkillers, I then asked to just have a quick call with my dentist to see what we can do to prevent the pain and I keep getting excuses, they are on holiday, they are off sick. As someone who pays for there treatment it has really upset me they way I have been treated

this dental practice is a sufficient and friendly dentist.every time i go there i feel like ive been looked after very sufficiently.
