The Entertainer

Good sized shop with a great selection of toys for all ages. I can take our 4 year old girl and 10 year old boy here and both are happy. Prices range from cheap and cheerful to the most up-to-date toys. Staff show products as well as play with the kids teaching them how to use stuff (if you want). Really good top shop

Thank you so much to Amber,I had received a message that my parcel was ready to collect,Received your email regarding collecting item, informing me its ready to collect, I make a special journey into Leicester city centre purely to collect it, to be told that the order was cancelled....So why was1. I sent this email informing me its there and ready to collect2. Not informed it was cancelled.The store staff get 5 starsThe company gets zeroThe staff in this branch are very good but let down by company behind them

I called in yesterday for a present as my daughter has a party Saturday. I took the toy to the till. Not sure of the the servers name but he was incredibly flustered and very rude in the manner in which he served me. He told me he would scan it at one til ( there was another server also behind the till dealing with another customer which I understood ).So I followed him.. then he changed his mind so rudely asked me to move .. card or cash "I replied with card please . I had to move stock to get to the card machine . Then he piped up can you pay for the other items you picked up . I'd given my daughter items I'd bought from The works not even toys from the entertainer. So I immediately responded with they are not from this store . " oh " was what I was replied with. No apology.He then proceeded to just about chuck my toy at me as he'd originally taken it off me as I asked for a bag. My partner was not impressed as he stood next to me and witnessed what the server did. I received no bag. He huffed at me and gave me a bag.I walked out telling him he needed to work on his customer services to which the customer next to me nodded and laughed. He witnessed it all and agreed clearly ."

Very good variety of toys and some of the best prices probably for the items sold. Definitely a place kids love to be in as well.

its a good place to get toys, but the shop was in total mess.. I won't blame the staff working as they were trying their hardest. It's mostly the shoppers making the mess.. Guys, keep it tidy. if u just put back anything u pick and the same place it will help

Nice little shop around the corner with plenty of toys for all ages.The staff is always very helpful.The layout of the store hasn't changed in years, would benefit if some of the toy displays were put differently.Some corridors specially the one leading to the queue for the tills are very narrow and hard to navigate with pushchairs and children in tow. Otherwise, prices seem fairly decent. Trend toys are always put at a higher price than their worth here so I would suggest to give it a few weeks and you'll be able to get them at a normal or reduced price.

I was amazed how thoughtful is manager of this shop. I liked the fact that they have dolls representing reduced ability people. The shop is always clean. You can find lots of promotions. Must say it's always busy...

Good selection of toys divided into boys, girls and the middle containing crafting and board games. The left of the store contains toddler toys and outdoor play stuff. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My daughter loves shopping here.
