Spend so much of my time here, truly amazing staff who run the place at a very high standard, they are welcoming and I always feel able to have a conversation with them. Amazing coffee, my particular favourite being Vanilla latte. Great access for disabled customers. Staff member Rob is especially amazing at his job, can't fault his abilities at all! Worth it regardless of the noise of people in Tesco below. Love a good people watch anyway.

I can not tolerate caffeine and they don't care.I can not tolerate caffeine.However every time and I mean everytime I go to this Costa and request a decaffeinated drink the staff do not use clean utensils in the coffee making process.Every time they use the same little coffee collection cups (don't know technical term) that are covered in the coffee from previous customers.If a customer request a decaffeinated drink there's a good chance it's for a good reason.If I was vegitarian and went to a restaurant I would not want my meal cooked in the same dirty pan that they had just cooked a steak in.So why is it acceptable to use the same caffeine contaminated filters, collection cups etc.I have also noticed this is same with the jugs when oat milk etc are requestedPlease get this sorted...If it wasn't for this it would be 5 stars genuinely

Coffee as good as ever. Stairs to Costa usually filthy, glazing in restaurant area vile, generally unclean and uncared for, tired fixtures and fittings with worn dirty furniture. Staff are nice, surroundings yuk.

Shocked how scruffy the place was and how leary a few members of staff where. I will be going drive through from now on.

Absolutely shocked at the state of the coffee counter. Coffee stains on the equipment. Coffee grains spilling out of some kind of pull down draw. The waste bin had no lid and dirty stains all down the front of it. Definitely wouldn't return.

Honestly the most inconsistent Costa I have been to. You never know if they're open at the times they say, which makes planning difficult. The card machine randomly goes, so you may have to bring (or go and get ) cash. Just a badly managed store really.

Super friendly team at this store, the tall gentleman with dark hair was especially friendly and professional. Very well made drinks. Perfect Costa experience they are a credit to the company especially compared to other locations.

We thought we make a change and go to the Costa before our shop in Tescos. We been served by a waiter called Rob. He is the best Costa person we have had! He was very chatty, good to have a laugh and makes the best drinks. It is the best mocha latte I've had in a long time! Thank you very much for the service. The cafe was extremely clean and great area to have a chat. Thank you :-) x

Tesco I love but costa I brought a small rice krispie cake and a 500ml of coke £4:05 rip off i. Wouldn't recommend it I want my money back!
