We love this shop! Great variety of food etc., they also sell Cook frozen meals, but most of all their staff are fabulous who go above and beyond to help you x

I took a parcel in here yesterday 20th December. It has arrived at my daughters in London today. A Premier shop previously refused to take it because it was Sunday. The staff were all in uniform, very helpful, friendly, the store was spotless and got every item i needed in my shopping. Will definently return

Went on a school trip today, we were very hot and exhausted, sat on the pavement in the shade. The owner noticed us and came and gave us all water bottles and tolds us to share it out. That made our day having cool water in the heat.

Nice little shop. They have all the things you'd expect from a shop this size. Also they stock a large selection of Cooks frozen meals which are all lovely. The cashiers have always been super friendly and respectful.

We have recently moved to this area and have never experienced a Nisa quite like this. In fact, at first we avoided it because of our previous experience in the East London Essex borders. First time I went into the shop was to return an Amazon parcel via Hermes. Staff were so helpful and so pleasant and it made me want to return. I then discovered that they have 8 Cook freezers in the shop and a great selection of their Frozen food.There are some fantastic special offers and I managed to get my Tassimo coffee at a very reasonable price the other weekProduce is fresh and varied. They even have a great selection of birdseeds.It is always a pleasure shopping in this particular Nisa. The other day another customer commented that it was the best one in the UK!Of course I cannot comment having only visited a few, but for me this is the perfect local supermarket with excellent parking facilities outside and knowledgeable and helpful staff. This store is highly recommended and above all I suggest you give it a try if you’d had previous bad experiences like us. You will soon change your perception of the Nisa brand.
