Nail It Newcastle

I was gifted a treatment at Nail It and was very much looking forward to it. Unfortunately I left the appointment with over filed nails and aggressively trimmed cuticles resulting in inflamed and bleeding fingers. I allowed time for them to settle but when they got worse I contacted the Fenwick team and found their follow up care was disregarding and unsatisfactory.Lax customer service and rudeness aside, I was only offered 10% off a future treatment, a treatment upon the raw cuticles and some free cuticle oil. Upon research, medically these are wholly inadvisable due to infection risk. I will not be returning as a customer and I would certainly not recommend their service.

First time I’ve had my nails done in Newcastle so I took a big risk but I couldn’t have chosen a better salon than Nail It. So friendly professional and knowledgeable. Real care was taken of me and my nails. If I could take Nail It Lottie and Tia back to my home town I would. It was a pleasure meeting you both. Thank you for making my experience a positive one and I’ll definitely return when I return to Newcastle. Very highly recommended

Fabulous professional service. All the girls are great..The finish is always perfect and the quality of the gel nails is always amazing..Have never been disappointed always obliging and very creative. Never had so many compliments about my nails. Would highly recommend.

I went for a manicure. The lady I booked with was not there so another lady started my mani. She was rushing as she had her own client waiting. She shaved my nail too much then cut me when removing cuticle.. No apologies just put cotton wool and foil but did not speak at all to me. She asked what length i want nail I said just as they but she still filed away and made them too short. She left after one had was done then anther lady came to do other hand so nails on each hand were different. They dont have fans for drying polish. A full manicure sould be relaxing but this was far from that and the finished job looks like a child has done my nails as they are uneven and the polish is lumpy. Wont be back.

I had the most amazing experience at Nail It today, I got a gel manicure with some nail art and I couldn’t be happier with how my nails turned out. Yasmin was so lovely and an absolute credit to the business, I’m already looking forward to chatting to her next time!

The best place for nails in Newcastle! All the girls all friendly and professional. My nails are always beautiful and it’s always an appointment I look forward to. Can’t recommend enough!

Had a lovely experience getting my gel nails removed, technician Maggie was very patient and friendly. Lovely space in Fenwick's too.

I can’t praise Nail it enough- I’ve been a regular customer now for over 12 months for both gel nails and gel pedicures and never leave disappointed. The care taken and the true artistry of their nail designs is impeccable. Very competitive prices too, I recommend. I’ve added some photos of my last few manicures

Honestly can’t rate this place highly enough. The best services with the best girls. Always so attentive to what I need and my nails have never been in such a good condition to what they are following visits here. I love the place and will keep coming back. Sophie and Christie and Esther are all exceptional (never had anyone else due to circumstances but would rate these girls all 10/10) thanks for being the best xxxxx
