It's an ok place for electronic purchase. Don't expect a big bargain price.. Go carefully and find out the stuff your own. No much support from the executives.

Came today with my partner as we both wanted a laptop and when we seen what we liked we asked if could put a deposit and was told no which I think is a joke want to buy laptop no bank open as its sunday and wouldn't get enough cash from a cash machine to pay it in full so wanted to put deposit as really wanted it and was coming in the next day to pay but no worries gone somewhere else now lost our custom. Also the customer service is rubbish and no one really wants to help unless you chase them.

Items on display are the ones you buy and these products do have dents and minor damages but at very low prices so if you don't mind the damages you got yourself a bargain if it annoys you head yourself to another curry's or another store and get it brand new.If you buy from here you pay the price displayed + VAT + Delivery Fee of £30 + take away old appliances at £25

Sorry to say this is clever marketing with prices reporting to be low. But in reality I only found 1 item that was genuinely reduced. A galaxy watch 4. Nothing else stands up to shop prices except items damaged or with bits missing. Better deals with standard shops.

Great products but worst delivery team. I have disability and today I received my fridge/freezer. They put that in the kitchen, I asked them to help me just to move that slightly(not more than 3 feet) in the corner which was not possible for me to do on my own. They refused that they have deliveries to make and left. It was hardly going to take 30 second but they never did. In the end I left that same place after getting my laminated kitchen floor damaged (although tried floor runner).Really disappointed the way they operate.

Great to find some bargains, but just depends what you buy. Wouldn’t buy a fridge from here, but smaller stuff which is clearly just a return is fine. Had many things over the years and most of stuff has been great. Don’t expect to find exactly what you want immediately, or expect a perfectly dressed store. Keep popping back in and ask staff when stuff is likely to arrive.

Some good bargains to be had. One problem was that a lot of the TVs had been put into new boxes and there wasn't any labels/markings, stating what it was, for example, make, model, size etc. There were other goods there, but it was mainly TVs.
