Had the whole of the upstairs to ourselves which was lovely. The lady who served us was very friendly and smiley. Kicked off a very pleasant day

As a burger king you get exactly what you expect. We were served quickly and the food was fresh. Only minor issues were that the fries were a little bland and the toilets and upstairs seating were blocked off with no explanation notice.

After a long time I went back to Burger King and I have tried the delicious and tasty Steakhouse Angus Meal which I really enjoyed it. The price is what it is and the staff were lovely and friendly.

Amazing service today. The atmosphere was calm. Food was excellent but the highlight was the team today, fantastic people sorted out a wrong order professional and curtious.

Burger patty was almost cold when served. When I asked for change, the server put the burger in microwave to heat the patty. Then I got to know patty’s are already cooked and frozen, and they just warm it up in microwave instead of a grill.Pathetic staff - the restaurant almost empty. Wonder the staff is not interested in putting effort to serve good food.

A good Burger King. Ordering was kind of difficult. My customized Double Bacon Cheeseburger wasn't customized at all. I had to scrape off the lettuce and onions. It was a sloppy Burger, messy. The onion rings were crisp and tasty, but they only filled the serving bag halfway.The staff was too busy chasing away people using the restrooms without patronizing BK.Next time I'm in Earls Court, I'll visit this BK again. And it is just steps away from the Earls Court Rd Underground station.

I ordered cheese fries. And (besides the fact that the portion of fries is incredibly tiny) I got like two drops of cheese sauce. Is this a joke? Don't be so stingy on the cheese sauce burger king. It's not as if we don't pay enough money for it.
