i-Cracked Mobile Repair

Took my laptop in to get fixed and the service was friendly, fast, professional, and very well priced. Some issues cropped up in the process (I expected this as the laptop was a nightmare) meaning it took slightly longer to repair than hoped, but I was kept up to date the whole time by phone/text and I am very happy with the service. My laptop hasn't given me any issues since (touch wood!) and it was certainly cheaper than another shop who told me to just replace the whole laptop! Recommend these guys 100%.

Got my phone screen fixed in super fast time. Called at 6pm, dropped it off 20 minutes later and had it back 90 mins later. Great, fast and efficeint service. Highly recommened. Great job guys, thank you.

Excellent service - quick turnaround and good value! Laptop was not working and got immediate feedback that same evening. New hard drive had to be ordered and was delivered the next day. Very professional and responsive to all issues. Store kept me informed throughout the process via phone calls and text messages. I would definitely recommend this repair shop.

My phone was broken in the accident I visited several shops which were expensive and they told me to wait for 3 to 4 days. Then I went on i-cracked shop the price for repairing the screen was cheaper and I got my phone in 60 minutes ready. Thanks alot brother

Not good,In summary £335 spent over 3 months repairing a phone that goes for £180 used in perfect condition, how?I came in for a screen replacement and to fix the charging port and speaker.That was £180 - but I'd have a fully working model again so same as used price, fine - who knows what the used ones have been through anyway.The screen came back fixed, charging fixed, speaker not.Within 3 months the screen developed an inside crack - turns out those can happen, just while scrolling, flawless glass - but screen going all weird colours.-> Apparently not under warranty because it's cracked from the inside. ...So I get quoted another £155, for another screen and fixing up the speaker for free. Came back, new screen working, speaker still not working, and now suddenly the fingerprint sensor, completely not working. No help offered, apparently he tried unplugging and replugging it in to no avail.And there you go, a short story how £335 later I have my phone back with a working screen but without the fingerprint sensor.

Absolutely brilliant repair shop. Cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing customer service and they did everything they could to sort me out! 5/5
