Kristian is an extremely helpful and dedicated person who always goes beyond what is required to achieve customer satisfaction. He assisted us in choosing and ordering our fire box before installing. He refuses to accept anything less than his high standards of workmanship. He is respectful of your property, protects from dirt and dust and clears up diligently once the work is complete.

Fantastic work from Phoenix fireplaces. Kris has done amazing job installing our new log burner,he is absolute perfectionist and work was done quickly leaving the place very clean. Also great communication and nothing is a problem for him. Highly recommend!

Kris fitted our log burner in August. Very reliable and gave great advice, nothing was too much trouble. Suggested which burner would suit our room and adapted fire place opening. The work was very professional and tidy. Very pleased with the finish and have started to make great use of the burner. I would recommend Phoenix Fireplaces without hesitation.

Very disappointed. On the first quotation visit I felt like he didn't really want to be there, didn't have any images, or designs could show, however benefit of doubt he said he'd send things over. Didn't get anything st all back. Then even when I emailed the office to see why, or if there was a delay again I heard nothing back. Shame as the reviews look good otherwise.

Thanks to Chris for his superb work reinstalling our log burner that had been condemned due to such a poor quality installation from a previous company. Now works safely, certified and is an amazing addition to our home for the winter ahead and beyond. Chris comes highly recommended.
