I was very pleased with the service I received from Haart letting agents. Nathaniel was extremely contentious and worked hard to find the right tenants for my property. He kept me updated at every stage in the process and was very professional in his approach. He was happy to sit down with me and answer all of my questions and provide very helpful advice.

I was very disappointed with the company who sold my late mother in laws house. There was no communication and I had to chase everything up or I would never have known what was happening. Neil and Callum seemed to have no communication between themselves either. Altogether was not an experience I would like to have again so I would recommend that others should go for another estate agent.

Throughout our tenancy we have had nothing but positive experiences with Haart, they’re always so helpful and efficient! Today we had a tenancy inspection and have been corresponding with Bettina, I can definitely say that I’m impressed by her friendliness and professionalism. All questions were answered, and she has gone above and beyond to ensure everything that needs to be arranged and sorted is, from the moment she got back into the office! Thank you Bettina and the team at Haart for always being a pleasure to contact!

We have found haart lettings to be very efficient and helpful since we started using them 6 years ago to deal with our property being let. Bettina manages my property through Haart and she has been amazing. My first year of having my property managed and it completely flooded while I was abroad. Bettina made me grateful that I had full management because she handled everything perfectly even when I was losing my head at times. I had bad experiences with estate agents in the past but Bettina worked really hard managing my property when the chips were down and there were months of numerous calls and emails that Bettina handled and kept me updated with. The 5 stars is purely to represent to service I was provided by Zoe Haynes at Ipswich, 5 stars defiantly does not represent this company. In the process of buying a house which was marketed through Haarts Ipswich the initial stages could put you off moving house for life! To top it off, the staff member we was allocated initially to progress the sale was rude, passive aggressive, dishonest and never kept to his word. Things completely changed one day when Zoe gave me call to advise she was taking over our case and wanted to restore our faith after we had raised a complaint. At first, I wasn’t sure to believe this due to the continued terrible service we had received. However, from start to finish Zoe kept to her word and was truly amazing! She was the only person who was honest and wanted to help us. I can’t thank or praise her enough, her service is amazing and one her colleagues should absolutely learn from. Zoe went above and beyond, provided me with regular updates and helped us through every step of the way.
