Excellent Service for my Mum's funeral recently. Very professional and friendly. Funerals are not an easy thing to deal with or underestand but every step and option was explained and Mum's wishes respected. I couldn't have wished for any better, and I'd certainly recommend them.

Thank you so much Mary and Dave for your caring and compassion. You looked after me during my Dad's funeral last November and I didn't hesitate to use you again for my Mum who sadly passed away 6 months later. The office at Kirby is beautiful and tranquil and the cars are stunning. We were all devastated when our Dad died but Sue and Dave and the rest of the team compassionately handled Dad's funeral from first phone call through to the day itself. We wanted the funeral in Chelmsford and they were fine with travelling and ensuring everything went perfectly on the day. We cannot thank them enough.

Very Friendly and professional. First time I’ve had to arrange a funeral and I was at a complete loss. They helped me every step of the way, what was a very overwhelming and emotional task, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease, and made the process a lot less daunting.
