Purrfect Peace Pet Crematorium

Austin was my rock when my beloved dog passed on 22nd September. I found him by a Google search and after reading the reviews I felt confident this was the place to go. I rang and Austin was so compassionate and reassuring and said I could bring her in at any time. I arrived 2 hours later and I was able to carry her through to the Chapel of rest to allow me to say our goodbyes. I was then allowed to carry her through to the cremation chamber and place her snuggly inside wrapped in her favourite blanket and her head placed on her favourite pillow. Doing this gave me closure. Austin is a remarkable man. A true animal lover and I can't thank him enough for the service he provided in my time of immense need.RIP Ruby

Easy to approach and communicate, answered all my questions and allowed us to get involved as much as we wanted, even stayed late for us.Having conversations with him and stroking his beautiful May was very therapuetic for us. We can't appreciate enough. I believe not everyone understands and respects our feelings the same way like he does. Thank you once again Austin for what you did for us and making this dark and difficult time much lighter and warmer. Our baby now slept peacefully and will stay with us forever. Thank you Austin. Such a kind and caring team, with a special thanks to Austin. He kindly waited for us to travel from St Albans when he had been planning to leave for the night. He even took the time to talk to us about our beautiful cat and gave us plenty of time to say our final goodbye. If you are sadly in need of giving your beloved pet their final send off then I would highly recommend Purrfect Peace Pet Crematorium and would definitely use their services again.

From the initial call to Austin I felt as though my little dog Archie was going to be in good hands, and I was right. I know that Austin looked after him as if he were his own. our hamster recently passed away unexpectedly which was extremely difficult for both me and my boyfriend as she was our first pet together. Being able to have her cremated and kept with us forever has made things just that little bit easier. This wouldn’t have been possible without Purrfect Peace! not only were they affordable for us, but they made a hard process a lot easier. You can tell everyone there has a genuine love for animals. Unfortunately I had to bring my beloved baby here today, on what I can honestly say was one of the absolute worst days of my life, Austin was amazing. I cannot fault a single thing that he did for us. Nothing was a problem and he was both friendly and respectful throughout our time there. Austin didn't rush me, he allowed me to do everything at my own pace, and say my final goodbyes to my boy before he went in. Austin and Jack offer an amazing service to people who have lost their beloved pets they make such a heart breaking time much more manageable with the understanding and compassion for your loss. They work with you to get your loved one cremated as soon as possible and given back to you.Been able to go there and bring her home was a huge comfort. Anyone who is unfortunate enough to lose a precious pet l would highly recommend them been close to North London and reasonably priced lm so pleased l found them.Thank you for the care you showed .

One of, if not the hardest and most difficult times of your life will be the moment you have to say your final goodbye to your loved one's, those loved one's being human or animal....they're family regardless....some of us are lucky enough to get the chance to be there when it's their time to go and some of us unfortunately don't get to make it to see them or say our last good byes, but that doesn't mean you don't get the opportunity to send them onto their next journey which is one of the most important parts of the healing process.The other difficult part is the acceptance, mentally preparing yourself for getting your loved one onto their next journey otherwise you wouldn't be reading this right now. You're doing the right thing, Don't worry, as difficult as this is for you right now, trust me go through the process and allow time to help you heal. Right now it's heart breaking, you feel lost, broken, but you will be able to move forward with your life because just like those of us that have already been through the same amount of devotion, love and care which you've also given to your loved one, we know exactly how you're feeling right now, those tear's you've got flowing or will be having....we've all had them and trust me...the way your loved one used to make you smile will be brought back to you in a few weeks when you're strong enough to look back at pictures and videos because you've given you're loved one the best send off to heaven that you could've possible given.A month to the day we lost our beloved little madam, not a single day has gone by where we haven't thought of her, she was a Jack Russell that lived for 18 years where she gave us the blessing of her presence in being part of our family. Why have I written all this and not mentioned the service Austin provided yet??? Get to the point??.... The reason why is because Purrfect Peace Pet Crematorium, Austin and his colleagues they all understand the above, with such a level of elegance, dignity and class that you not only feel he understands what you're going through but he can relate to just how important this send off is for the family. Austin only cares about giving the highest standard of service without even telling you because he's there for you from the moment you call him. He is available 24/7 but depending on your circumstances, he will work with you in bringing your loved one to be cremated. The entire process of us bringing our little madam to be cremated was heart-breaking because it's just so difficult but you have to remind yourself this is just a part of life you have to go through this experience but with Austin's support, understanding, wisdom, dedication to helping, is above and beyond what's expected. You treat him with respect he treats you like family, this isn't a business for him it's a part of assisting you heal, we're of Sanatana Dharma (Hindu) faith as most people call it, why is this important?? what has this got to do with anything?? We all have our belief's and traditions, prayers, systems, ways of dealing with grief, Austin wants you to feel as comfortable as possible and is happy to accommodate within reason your requirements, we had performed all of our ritual's already at home for our little madam, but the fact that Austin was knowledgeable to offer us performing any ceremonial activities was very comforting....taking little madam to the Crematorium itself Austin allows you the time, and askes you're preference in how you wish for your loved one to be placed, by you, by him, by all the family, bare in mind taller members of family the easier, he lets you witness and come back when your loved one is ready and all for affordable price and you choose how to collect your loved one's ashes. Thank you Austin for allowing our little madam Fudge, we call her Mummy to be reunited with Rockyboy in heaven, one final note the lady working there I didn't get her name but she said something that has made this easier There's always going to be a little one in need in need of you
