What an amazing service! I was left in a difficult situation where I had to ring to try and get an MOT for the same day as Cazoo let me down with my booking. So I rang Thurrock Auto Care. They booked me in for an afternoon slot which I also turned up an hour early for ( I couldn’t drive anywhere as my MOT had expired) . Regardless of being early my car was being looked at within 10 minutes and done within the hour. I had to wait for my partner who was driving from Chelmsford to pick me up (as my car needed a part). I was sat in their office for 4 hours! Talk about make yourself comfortable! Which all the staff did. Offered to buy me a Starbucks and let me borrow a phone charger.Thank you so much Auto Care! I will be recommending you!

The garage did a really good job in welding a hook for my exaust rather than changing the whole thing and paying a load of money at i was quoted at halfords. Got a really good quote, got a booking slot and was fixed in 1 day. Would come back again.

They don’t try to sell you anything if you don’t actually need it and aren’t pushy at all (I’ve had this issue before with other garages), very knowledgeable and reliable.
