It started with Richard giving a comprehensive overview of the service they would provide, together with a realistic valuation. We were never chased to choose them, unlike other Estate Agents, and all our queries were answered promptly. They were always available and approachable and always returned calls if they were out of the office. Natalie was excellent too, always willing to chase solicitors when things seemed to slow up. They both helped to make what is sometimes a very frustrating and stressful time manageable. They also both seemed delighted for us when everything was completed, not for the commission they may have earned but out of genuine pleasure to help. Thank you again Carol & Geoff.
