Great range of items. I was looking for items for my Guinea pigs and the Staff were great at helping me with specifics. Extra thanks to Aidan who answered all my questions and gave me extra help. My Guinea pigs love their new treats and houses.See the attached photo of my Guinea pig (Ezlo) enjoying his new bed!

We adopted a beautiful little female Syrian hamster and she is perfect in every way, she has such a little personality, her name is sweetpea. She has settled in quickly and is loving her new home, she loves the tubes and loves cuddles. We were told she nips but she hasn't nipped us, she's just one lovable fluff ball. We love her and it's like she's always been part of the family, thank you pets at home.

This time I was a little disappointed there were no animals around to be seen?I had my granddaughter with me and she loves to take an interest in the rabbits and any other other fury animals that maybe on display.. I have always said to my granddaughter when she's old enough to look after one she can have? if only parents agree???It's going to be a long time?The shop itself is well set out the staff are always willing to help you when asked? That's the nice thing about the shop you are not being pressure for a sale?

Have no idea what’s happened to service at this store , it’s always been slow but this afternoon , it took the cashier to have a queue of 11 !!!! Yes 11 customers before ringing a bell to get help who was in no hurry to open another till , the service has never been good here but come on where was the urgency to get customers served ? Will certainly be having second thoughts next time I need dog food maybe b and m next door at least your get out before your next birthday !!!

I always find the advanced nutrition cat food I need (usually Royal Canin) , they have a good selection of different flavours and pack sizes. They have nice cat bowls (china, metal and plastic) and a big range of cat toys. Some live animals too, and a vet inside.

Love pets at home so easy to get to , parking isn't bad and they do click and collect so the days that I feel I don't want to do people I can just go on line and they will get it ready for me to just come in and collect.

Very poor experience of the Grooming Place today. Our dog went in for a groom, but after around 15 mins got a call to say she was snapping (which is so utterly unusual) we were then charged £28 plus £15 deposit...for basically nothing. Will not be going again.
