Would absolutely not recommend. We have a new baby (which the seller was well aware of) and urgently needed to replace our family car. We brought from this dealership in mid September and the power steering has now failed with a new pump replacement needed (extremely costly). Was shown no compassion when I called to let him let him know/see if there was anything he could do to help (was not expecting a refund or anything like that, but help with sourcing the part would have been a nice gesture). I rarely leave reviews, but felt I needed to do something in this instance as we’re now in a horrible situation. Understand cars fail, but after less than 3 months of purchase, that’s just not right.EDIT in response to sellers comment: This is a complete lie! Help was initially offered (barely)- which I gratefully accepted, but he then quickly retracted and told me to go to Ebay! So yes, avoid this place at all costs!

We wanted a reliable yet nice car for our daughters first car. Found a Suzuki online called Brett who was very honest and easy to speak to, arranged a viewing. No hard sale or pressure when viewing, all paperwork to hand and left me to look at car in my own space and time. Great car, Brett very honest and made the process of buying the car easy. Would use again and recommend.

Great experience with Brett and Simply Cars. The car (2005 Renault Clio) has been a joy and as advertised and described (which was very good for the price). Brett made everything easy and smooth in buying a car during a lockdown!

We bought our Vauxhall Astra from Brett just under a year ago, a few days before Christmas (2021). We were in a panic as we were due to go away and our usual vehicle was in the garage waiting for a part. Buying a car when desperate is a silly thing to do. Such decisions should be mulled over and studied. However we saw the Astra and it was just what we needed. Brett managed to get it all ready for us in 24 hours which took some work on his part for which we are so grateful. Christmas in Cumbria was saved. We have since done some very long journeys and it's just had a new set of brake pads and passed it's MOT (hence me writing the review now). So to conclude we couldn't be more pleased with our car and the service we received from Brett at Simply Cars.

Honest cars from an honest trader. Our Suzuki Swift had an issue that Brett quickly resolved and he made sure that we were happy. Good communication throughout and no fuss. Love the car. Recommended.

I had an excellent experience from Simply Cars. Proprietor Brett was friendly and most obliging in letting me inspect the car thoroughly and even offered a mat and torch to help me check underneath - followed by a cup of tea! Nothing was too much trouble. I test drove the car (which was all fine) and never felt hurried. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer for reassuring values and service and for providing a really positive experience. Finally, I love my little Vauxhall Corsa and it has been near enough perfect for a good price. Would definitely consider buying again from Simply Cars but I'm optimistic that might be a good while away!
