Very good. The studios are new and not refurbished. Has the perfect location, it's close to the university, supermarkets and the train station. Also, they provides you cleaning services once a month. Very helpful staff.

Worst Wi-Fi speed in whole Huddersfield，sometimes like 2G，watching video with 144p，and don't provide any physical internet port. Like live in North Korea. OmG，can’t imagine that in 2019，the Palace still have terrible Wi-Fi for tenants. One wifi for hundreds tenants，and one staff Wi-Fi for 3 staffs？ LoL，I have been Oldgate，casting and Aspley，never experience the stupid Wi-Fi speed like yours，even though you provide wash machine for every room，I ll never chose palace again. Please pay some money for improving your Wi-Fi alright？

wifi is the worst in Huddersfield, there is often no Internet, the only flat in Huddersfield without Internet port, the reception desk can't throw rubbish after work, the delivery will be stolen, and the reception desk doesn't care, there will be no water,

Booked 2 rooms on Saturday 8 th July , nice large rooms comfy bed the room and bathroom spotless ,2 cans of coke and 2 bottles of water left for us ,both rooms were at the front on 2 nd and 5 th floor it was noisy with people still out at 5 in morning you can’t blame the Palace for that ,we were wary after reading reviews on here and Booking , but to be honest we couldn’t fault our stay ,we used My Parking Space to leave the car at Sainsburys car park 5 minutes walk away for £6. 20 for 24 hours .

Ridiculous rent price, putting the rent up £30 a week altogether for rebooking. Cheapest room £180 a week with little to none facilities compared to other student studios. Only good thing is space. Don’t even get an oven. Not worth £25 a day. Ridiculous. Can’t throw rubbish out and collect parcels on the weekends and after 5pm

The water is not drinkable; the building runs out of water now and then, and when it is back after a few hours, it is brown. At the weekends it is hard to sleep due to the clubs' noises in the neighbourhood.

I used to stay in kingsmill studio and i did not have any issue, now that i am in this accomodation i pay 900£ per month for a room full of issues... they say cleaning service and they do just bathroom, then most of the time you have cold water! And now the whole building without the water... i am very angry and totally unhappy about this accomodation. DO NOT COME HERE
