Timber Direct Scotland

Hello, I bought a 10x6 pent shed from Timber Direct in May this year 2023 as a log store. The roof and shed has been leaking like a sieve (I never noticed as it was full to the top with logs). Seven months later after buying my new shed the attached pictures says it all.Mould on the inside of the roof covered by a layer of ice.All of the exteriors lower slats making the shed is soaking wet and black mould is appearing all round the sheds exterior.A huge tide mark inside at the top of one side under the roof where the water had been soaking in, with the prevailing ice.I’m no roofer, I*d think the felt is meant to cover all the sides of the chipboard,mdf roof.I did call the company the man was very polite.Unfortunately no person appeared at the time and day specified. Next day I left details at the office to call, still no response.I have now hired another company to do the job correctly.Thank You

Had a very positive experience from Graig coming out to give me advice as to size and siting, A speedy turn around to delivery and installation. I had done a lot of research and found that timberdirect was very reasonable especially as they designed the summerhouse to my specification. They even painted it for a small fee. My daughter and I will have many happy times. Can score it off my bucket list. Thanks very much

Father-in-law. Shed was built on Monday. The 2 guys that came out. We're very nice. Had it built in a few hrs and tidyed up afterwards. Great job done .the shed is great really good wood will last for yrs to come

I always use Timber Direct. Decent price and great communication. I did have a wee discrepency with an order, which was fixed super fast and with great customer service. Recommended ))

Cabin is pouring water at the back soaking inside back wall. Roof is on squint, offset by an inch or so.. Ive called to have it sorted . I messaged and no reply what so ever. Supposed to come do a door check and never showed up either. Feeling let down now.

The 10x6 shed I ordered a week ago is now installed (25/10/2022) by Alan and another young man.Words cannot express how pleased I am with the turnaround, the quality of the workmanship, materials and price.If you need a shed go to Timber Direct Scotland and choose the log lap, it looks fantastic.Add the reinforced floor and roof for an extremely strong building.Thanks Timber Direct from a very happy customer.

Waited for a few months for shed this was due to could. After she'd was erected I checked it over and found a few problems. I contacted them on a number of occasions and was informed that someone would come to see the problems. After two months nobody has appeared or been in touch , I have now given up any hope of anyone turning up . I would certainly not recommend their after sales service

While i am happy with the shed. I have a couple of issues with the doors expanding and small leak in the roof. I have contacted this company of many occasions and keep getting promised that someone will come look at these issues however yet hasn't materialised. Seems like once they have your money that's it. Yet to see if someone will come....Update: No being totally ignored.

Was needing a small custom size shed built. Guy at Timber direct said this would be no problem and promised to get back to me with supply date. Waited 2 weeks and nothing. Sent email and called on phone and was assured things would happen, but they were having a busy period. After a further week still heard nothing and sent further email, which came no reply.Went to competitor in Camelon and good quality shed was built and erected within 2 weeks...Will not ever waste my time with this company again.
