Lorraine is such a fabulous stylist! I am so impressed with how much time she took to cut my hair, the suggestions she made and how wonderful she was to chat to. I am so pleased I have finally found someone who has made me feel beautiful again.

Been going through radiotherapy and chemotherapy, lost some of my hair. Nothing done to hair for years. I don't remember a chat about colour. I hated the colour that was done but couldn't cope. My hair had a trim, hardly anything off. Blow dry and charged £150. My friend picked me up. The first thing she asked was why I was wearing my hat and why I hadn't had the colour done. I went back to the shop. Someone else reworked the colour. It wasn't a pleasant experience which caused me to cry. Never going back.Just started putting my hair up. I had long hair where it should of been short. Cut it off myself. Rubbush.

Been getting my hair cut here for a while now and am very happy with the results. Everyone is kind and friendly with good customer service and my hairdresser is talented. Love it

Had an appointment booked for 7.30am to get a blow dry for my baby shower. Had a deposit taken by the salon weeks before, but when I arrived for my appointment the shop was closed end no body came to open it in the 40+ minutes that I was waiting. Turns out when I finally heard from them that my appointment had be cancelled but no one had thought to notify me as the customer. Please be aware when booking here that you may not receive the service you paid for. This was particularly distressing for me as I am 8 months pregnant and had booked to get my hair done for a special occasion.

I've been going to William Guy's for more years than I can remember. William and his team are top professionals, the salon is a sought after placement for hairdressing students and the senior stylists are constantly attending courses to ensure their skills and techniques are updated and relevant. It's a friendly, welcoming salon and very conveniently located in the High Street. Highly recommended.
