DPD Depot

I cannot believe that our usual driver has gone. He had intelligence and was dedicated to his job.The new driver is obviously incompetent.I live on a corner of two roads. I will ask anybody with a brain cell how many houses at most can be on a corner of a junction.Waiting for a parcel for 3 failed delivery's with an hour time slot and now show every time.Using the app we have given you all the info you need and the excuses are unbelievable.The name doesn't match the address. How does he know if he never got to my address. Next day an hour time slot and we see him drive by many times and drive off when we get close. We now have to wait another day to collect from a post office. Maybe I would have better luck with royal mail.

Absolutely shocking service. Drivers can’t find addresses and depot get in a strop over the phone and hang up. Why companies use DPD is beyond me

The driver Martin made 0 effort to deliver my parcel. The depot call handlers are incompetent. Michelle assured me martin will re deliver my parcel on Friday. Its now Sunday and I'm still waiting for an update. I chose for it to be delivered to the Theale Co - Op Friday evening after getting tired of waiting. I then recieved a message midday Saturday kindly letting me.know my.parcel will be ready to collect Sunday. Let's hope it actually arrives. I believe DHL offer a far better service. Furthermore even the self employed delivery drivers are better. I will avoid DPD at ALL COSTS going forward. I'll even buy from alternative companies who don't use DPD as their couriers.

Unbelievably inept lying lazy driver called Peter. Watched him stop and take a photo of the carpark then drive off without even attempting to deliver the parcel to my address. And used the carpark photo as proof of attempted delivery.Customer service no help whatsoever either. Why any company uses a useless bunch of clowns like Peter and co is beyond belief.

Constantly lazy drivers who always mark delivery down as could not find address because I live in a block of flats. Any other courier I go with seems to have no problem finding it.

Absolute Ballache, tooling that was brought for a project won’t get delivered unless I wait in all day? Already done this but driver never stopped!! Shambles

Constantly delivering to wrong addresses, if the delivery happens at all! Customer services absolutely useless. Paying for a special time slot delivery-pointless.The WORST delivery company there possibly is. Every single time they mess something up.

No space with Class1 turn around on street cars stop always...

Awaiting parcel heard the door knock, answered no one there ! No dpd van nothing, then a message to say unable to deliver.Obviously playing knock door run!
