Initially I had an issue with my purchase and did find it frustrating trying to contact the shop. But having managed to get a colleague to go in and explain the situation all has been resolved thankfully. The customer care and service I have received now is fantastic, it has really put my faith into the importance of going to independent retailers like this rather the big chains. The value of honesty and trust between the retailer and customer cannot never be understated, thank you Joel well done.

Today I went into Designer Leathers and was greeted by the owner.Lovely service, found out what I was looking for and was shown a selection of jackets.Good advice given and very helpful.Came out with two jacket's purchased and very happy. Good quality and reasonable price.Highly recommend this shop, you will not be sorry, what more can I say.

Partner had an issue with a wallet that was purchased from here, he took it back and exchanged it with no issues. He’s always purchased leather goods from here and can’t recommend it enough.

Had real trouble finding any stores that sold _real_ leather men's jackets in Peterborough (nearly all faux - or horrendously expensive designer brands). More by luck we came across what i think must be the only place in town that sells a full range leather jackets and coats (great selection of women's also, as well as handbags).Very helpful owner who took the time to get the right jacket for my shape/frame. Very happy with my new purchase! .. And didn't have to mortgage the house to buy it. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.
