Disappointing. So far after emptying the tank, the tank is now not working and is overflowing onto the garden. No sense of urgency to come and fix the problem. The customer service is patchy, one man incredibly rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. Other staff very friendly but not interested in sorting out the problem unless you as the customer call and call and call. Waiting to see if they are going to come and fix it. It’s been very stressful so far and have had to spend a lot of time on the phone to their office staff with promises of it being fixed but then nothing happening for days. Probably won’t sleep well tonight worrying about it to be honest. Bit of a nightmare.

Have used the tank emptying service and have now booked again. Very reliable, friendly and thorough service all round. The best waste management service we have used to date.

Very impressed by this Company especially dealing with an issue which arose whilst desludging our waste tank. i wonder how much it cost to empty a septic tank serving four houses?

Wasn’t too happy to see the driver of one of your vehicles chucking rubbish out their window on their way out of Hathersage. Maybe be more considerate with your ‘waste management’.

Fabulous Driver went above and beyond to clear my blocked septic tank. Really recommend these guys.
